Rules checked before the order, not after.

We are the broker, so an order reaches the market only through our engine. It passes the news rules, the pattern rules and a chain of checks inside one locked transaction, and a trade that breaks a rule is refused with the reason on screen. Loss limits are watched on live equity, twice a second.

What the engine does, one part at a time.

01

Checked before it fills

A market order passes three gates before it becomes a position. The news rules come first, then the trading patterns that can be judged before a trade, then a database transaction that locks the account and runs every hard check against it. Nothing in that chain is advice: an order that fails is refused, and the trader reads why.

  • Account status, fraud restrictions, time limit and trading hours
  • A fresh price, refused when the feed is older than five minutes, or two for crypto
  • Size, open positions, hedging, stop loss side and risk per trade
  • Daily loss, drawdown and free margin, last of all

Three kinds of drawdown

The allowance is always a share of the starting balance. What moves is the line it is measured from. Pick it per phase, so an evaluation can be static and a funded account trailing.

  • Static: measured from the starting balance
  • Trailing: from the highest equity the account reached, raised while trades are open
  • Balance based: from the highest closed balance
  • Never measured from below the starting balance

Live equity, twice a second

Loss limits are measured against live equity, so an open trade moves them before it closes. Every account with an open position is checked about twice a second. The trader is warned on the way, and when equity crosses the line the engine closes everything at market and the account is breached.

  • Warnings at 75 and 90 percent of the daily or total limit
  • Positions closed and pending orders cancelled at the breach
  • Rechecked on fresh data before an account is failed
  • The trader told in the app at once, and by mail when you switch it on

Seven patterns, each a real calculation

Trading rules look at how an account trades, not only at what it lost. Each pattern is a calculation on the trade log with numbers you set, checked at the moment it can be judged: before a trade, when a position closes, every hour, or at a pass and a payout.

  • Defaults that work on day one, every number yours to change
  • A hold time down to a tenth of a second
  • Grid and martingale caught by chain length and size multiplier
  • A single trade that makes most of the profit, held at the payout

Five outcomes, at the moment that fits

A rule says what happens when the pattern shows up: monitor, flag, block, void or breach. The editor only offers what can work at that moment, so nobody sets a block on something that is only known after the trade closed. And a rule can wait, acting only from the third time, or the tenth, within a window you choose.

  • Act from any violation between the first and the hundredth
  • Count within a window of up to a year, or forever
  • Every outcome except monitor puts the account in the review queue
  • Void takes away profit and never touches a loss

Scoped the way you sell

A rule covers every account, a few challenges or a few phases, and the most specific rule for a pattern wins. Exceptions take out a whole challenge or one phase. Before you save, the editor says in plain words how many live accounts the rule reaches.

  • Every account, chosen challenges, or chosen phases
  • The narrowest rule for a pattern is the one that counts
  • Exceptions by challenge or by single phase
  • The number of live accounts it reaches, before you save

News in the rules

Refuse orders, or write them down for review, in a window around a headline. Match by impact, by currency and by source, and stop opening, closing and moving a stop each on its own. Your own headlines count too: write them in the admin or post them through a webhook.

  • A window of up to a day before the headline and after it
  • Low, medium and high impact, any set of currencies
  • Closes by the platform itself, such as a stop loss, never stopped
  • Positions open when a breaking headline lands, marked for the payout review

Margin, hours and the weekend

The engine does what a broker does about margin, on your terms. Leverage is set per instrument, and a challenge or your firm can override it. Positions on a market that closes for the weekend are closed when it does, unless the phase allows holding.

  • Leverage per instrument, overridden by the firm or the challenge
  • A warning below 150 percent margin, the worst loser closed below 100
  • Everything closed below 50 percent, before an account goes negative
  • Orders refused outside the trading hours of each instrument

What the trader sees

Rules nobody can see feel unfair, so the terminal shows them. A rules module holds a bar for the daily loss and one for the drawdown, both on live equity, with the equity the account fails at. A refused order shows its reason at once, and a news refusal says when trading resumes.

  • Live bars for the daily loss and the drawdown
  • The equity the account fails at, as a number
  • The reason for a refusal, the moment it happens
  • Warnings as they cross 75 and 90 percent

What your team sees

Live monitoring prices every open account on every tick and works out how much room each one has left, with the same floors the engine uses. Your team sees who is close to a limit and can close a position, part of one, or everything. Every breach lands in the activity log.

  • Room to the tighter limit, per account, live
  • Counts of accounts near a limit and low on margin
  • Close all, close part, or cancel orders, and the trader is told
  • Every breach written to the activity log with its reason

Questions

Questions about the risk engine

Yes. The reason appears in the terminal the moment the order is refused, such as the size limit, the open positions limit or the news window, and a news refusal says when trading resumes.

The engine closes every position at market and cancels the pending orders. The account is marked breached, the trader is told in the app and by mail if you switched that mail on, and the breach is written to the activity log.

Yes. Loss limits, drawdown type, size limits, open positions, risk per trade, hedging and news trading are set per phase of a challenge. Trading rules cover every account, chosen challenges or chosen phases, with exceptions.

Yes, in two ways. Monitor records every violation without doing anything, so you can see what a rule would catch. And any rule can act only from a given violation, such as the third, counted within a window you choose.

A limit or stop order goes through the full chain when it is placed. When it fills later, the engine checks the trading hours and any fraud restriction again. Loss limits apply to the position like to any other.

Your team can correct an account's status or balance by hand on Trading accounts, and close positions from Live monitoring. Positions the engine closed at a breach stay closed.
