Payouts and certificates

From request to paid, every rule checked on the way.

A funded trader sees what they can take out today, or why not yet. Their request is checked against your rules under a lock on the account, your team decides with the account, its trades and its fraud flags in view, and you send the money yourself. Marking it paid takes it off the balance, tells the trader and issues a certificate anyone can check.

What payouts and certificates do, one part at a time.

01

Your rules, per funded phase

Everything that decides a payout is set on the funded phase of a challenge, so one program can pay out every week and another on demand. The split, the wait before the first payout and between payouts, the trading days a period needs, and the smallest and largest payout a trader may ask for.

  • Waits in hours, days, weeks or months, up to 24, 365, 52 or 12
  • Payouts on demand, with no wait between them
  • A minimum and a maximum as an amount or a share of the profit
  • A number of trading days every payout period needs

The split, to the cent

The trader asks for an amount of their profit. What reaches them is that amount times the split, and the rest stays with you. The trader sees what they will receive before they send the request, and the amount leaves the account only when you mark it paid.

  • A split per funded phase, or one for the whole firm
  • What the trader receives, shown before they send
  • Worked out in exact decimals, never rounded on the way
  • The whole amount comes off the balance once, when it is paid

Traders know where they stand

Every funded account says what can be requested right now, or which rule stands in the way and from when it opens. A request shows its status from sent to paid, and the trader hears of each step: approved, declined with your reason, or paid with the transaction to look up.

  • What is ready per account, or the rule that stops it
  • The date the next payout opens, in their own timezone
  • Told in the app at once, and by mail when you switch that mail on
  • Every request searched, filtered by status and sorted by date or amount

A consistency rule that explains itself

Set a share, and no single day may make more than that share of the profit in a payout period. It counts closed trades only, up to yesterday, so the answer never changes halfway through a trading day. A trader over the line reads exactly how much total profit would bring them under it.

  • A share from 1 to 100 percent, set per challenge
  • For the evaluation, the funded account, or both
  • Counted from the day after the last approved payout
  • Read again when your team approves, on the account as it is then

One queue for your team

Requests open on what waits for a decision, the one that waited longest on top, with what you still owe for the approved ones beside it. The list reads itself again every minute, so a request a colleague just decided leaves it without a reload.

  • Search by trader, email, payout number, account or payment reference
  • Filter by status, method, date, your own tags and open fraud flags
  • J and K to walk the list, and every decision in the menu of a row
  • Amounts never added up across currencies

Everything in view before you decide

A request opens beside the queue with what stands in its way, read again from the account the moment you open it. Then where the money goes, how the account traded over its whole life, every trade, the trader's earlier payouts, their fraud flags and the ticket it is discussed in.

  • Warnings for open positions, missing trading days, identity, limits and held payouts
  • Only the consistency rule and the balance stop the server. The rest is your call
  • Win rate, profit factor, best and worst day, and the deepest drawdown
  • Notes your team pins above every tab, which the trader never sees

Decisions that ask first

Approve, reject with a reason the trader reads, or withdraw an approval until the money has gone out. Every decision asks in a dialog that says what happens to the money and who is told, and lands in the activity log with who made it.

  • Approving tells the trader and leaves the balance alone
  • Marking paid takes the amount off the balance, once
  • Two people deciding at the same moment: one of them is refused
  • The assistant can prepare a decision, and nothing happens until someone confirms

Crypto, checked to the checksum

With the crypto rail, traders pick a network and a coin and paste their address. It is checked when they send the request, so a mistyped address is turned down before it reaches you. You send the money from your own wallet, enter the transaction hash, and the trader gets a link to the explorer.

  • Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum addresses held to their EIP-55 checksum
  • Tron addresses held to their Base58Check checksum
  • The zero address and an address of the wrong network refused
  • A transaction hash in the shape of its network, required to mark it paid

Holds that stop the money, not just the screen

Fraud review can hold a trader's payouts, with a reason for your team, a message for the trader and an end date if you want one. While it holds, a new request is refused, and one already waiting can be neither approved nor marked paid.

  • One hold per person, with an end date or until you lift it
  • The trader reads your message instead of a bare refusal
  • The Restrict level can hold payouts along with the rest
  • A trading rule checked at the payout can hold it too

A certificate for every payout

Marking a payout paid issues a certificate by itself, with the amount the trader received, and getting funded issues one too. Each carries a serial and a QR code that open a public page on your own domain, where anyone can check it is genuine. Traders download it as a PDF or an image and share it.

  • Your own design, or Propper's standard one until you make it
  • Fourteen designs per kind to start from, on a canvas or in HTML
  • A certificate keeps its design when you change the template later
  • A gallery in the trader app, and a hall of fame on their profile

Questions

Questions about payouts and certificates

No. You send every payout yourself, from your own wallet or account. The platform keeps track of what was decided, by whom and when, takes the amount off the account when you mark it paid, tells the trader and issues the certificate.

With the crypto rail, which Propper switches on for your firm, traders choose USDT or USDC on Ethereum, USDC on Base, USDC or USDT0 on Arbitrum, or USDT on Tron. Their address is checked before the request reaches you, and the form offers nothing else.

No. An account has one pending request at a time, and the check runs under a lock on the account, so two open tabs cannot each send one. After an approval, the next request waits for your payout schedule and a new period of trading days.

The reason, in plain words: the trading days still missing in this period, the date the next payout opens, the total profit that would bring their best day under your consistency limit, or the minimum payout for the account.

Yes, until it is marked paid. Withdraw approval asks for a reason, rejects the request and tells the trader it was declined after all. Once it is paid, the amount has left the balance and the certificate is out.

The QR code and the link on every certificate open a page on your own domain with the name, the kind of certificate, the date and the serial, and the PDF to download. A certificate from another firm does not open there.
