Payments

The money lands with you, and the account opens by itself.

Traders pay in USDT or USDC, each payment to a fresh address of a wallet only your firm can open, or by card through a Paytiko account of your own. The platform reads the chain, opens the account the moment the money counts, and leaves anything late or short to you.

How the money comes in, one part at a time.

01

The ways to pay, switched on for you

A firm takes crypto, cards through Paytiko, or both. Propper switches each one on for your firm, and your admin only shows the screens of what you have. With two, the trader picks one above the button that starts paying, and with one there is nothing to pick.

  • Crypto in USDT and USDC, cards and local methods through Paytiko
  • Switched on per firm by Propper, so ask us which fit your traders
  • Only the screens of what your firm has, nothing to switch by mistake
  • The price worked out on our servers, so the page and the charge agree

A fresh address for every payment

When a trader picks a network and a coin, the platform works out a new address of your wallet for that one payment. The money stays on it. Nothing is swept into a main wallet, and Propper never moves it.

  • Worked out from public keys, so our server never holds a private key
  • One address on Tron, or one that works on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum alike
  • A QR code, the explorer, and a link that opens the wallet app on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum
  • A price in euros or pounds converted once, at the ECB rate of the day, rounded up

A wallet only your firm can open

Your firm's wallet is made once, in the browser of whoever sets it up, and encrypted there before anything reaches us. Without one of your keys or the recovery phrase nobody can open it, our team included. Export a private key or the phrase when you need it, and every export lands in the activity log.

  • A recovery phrase of 24 words, shown once and checked by asking three back
  • Unlocked with a passkey or a MetaMask signature, each admin their own
  • We keep an encrypted copy and the public keys, nothing that opens it
  • Put the phrase in MetaMask or TronLink and the same addresses appear

Settled on the chain, not on a promise

The platform reads every network every fifteen seconds, through several public endpoints in turn. A transfer shows on the checkout the moment it is seen and counts as money once it is final. Whether it came in time is decided by the time of its block, not by when anybody noticed.

  • Final means finalized on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, confirmed on Tron
  • Sent within the hour and final after it still counts as in time
  • A short payment can be topped up on the same address until the hour runs out
  • An unpaid address is watched for seven more days, a paid one never again

A tolerance for exchange fees

Exchanges often take their fee off what a trader sends. Set how many dollars a payment may come short and still count, and the trader gets the account without waiting for you. The platform caps it, so a typo can never give an account away.

  • Anything from 0 to 100 dollars, and 1 dollar until you change it
  • Never more than 2 percent of the price, whatever you set
  • Read at every check, so a raise also reaches a short payment still watched
  • At zero only the full price counts
Tolerance
A $100 challengecounts as paid from $98.00
capped at 2%
A $549 challengecounts as paid from $544.00
A $1,000 challengecounts as paid from $995.00

Late or short waits for you

Money that arrives after the hour, or less than the price once the hour is over, never opens an account by itself. Your team is told once, the payment is counted in the header of the list, and one click gives the trader the account as if they had paid in full and in time.

  • Counted as waiting for your decision, in the header and as a filter
  • The question says what arrived against what was asked
  • A warning when any of it came from an address on the OFAC sanctions list
  • Checked again on the server, so two clicks still give one account

From paid to trading, with nothing in between

The moment a payment counts, the platform makes the trading account it bought and the checkout moves on to it by itself. A coupon that covers the whole price skips paying. A trader who left a crypto payment open finds it again at the top of the pricing page and the checkout.

  • The account made once the payment counts, never before
  • The checkout shows the new account with its number
  • Continue paying on the same address, or cancel while nothing arrived
  • Buying a challenge as the last step of onboarding, if you ask for it

Cards through your own Paytiko

Paytiko is a payment orchestrator: one cashier in which a trader pays by card or a local method, through the payment providers you contract. You sign with Paytiko yourself and connect your account here, so Propper never holds your contract or your money. Before it opens an account, the platform asks Paytiko itself whether the payment went through.

  • Connected with the keys Paytiko gave you, and tested as you save
  • The cashier inside your checkout for the exact price, card numbers never reach us
  • Refunds in full or in part from the payment, and a full refund ends the account
  • Chargebacks recorded by hand: the account suspended, payouts held, a flag for review

Every payment in one list

Every payment a trader started, the latest first: paid, still open, failed, canceled, refunded, or free with a coupon. Open one for its price line by line, the address and every transfer on it, and the exact terms the trader accepted before paying, the text you send when a payment is disputed.

  • Found by name, payment or account number, address or transaction hash
  • Filters for status, date, challenge, method, discount and currency
  • The price from list price through deal, coupon and affiliate discount to what was paid

Revenue you can read

Revenue shows the money over a period you pick against the one before it: what you sold, what you paid out, what is left and what came off the list price to sell it. Under every figure stands what it is made of, and on the right what funded traders could ask for today.

  • Sales, payouts, net and discounts, each against the period before
  • Today, 7, 30 or 90 days, 12 months, everything, or dates you pick
  • Amounts in different currencies shown one currency at a time, never added up
  • Four cuts as CSV: over time, by challenge, the discounts, the instruments

Questions about payments

USDT on Tron, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, USDC on Base, and USDC and USDT0 on Arbitrum. Every one is a dollar stablecoin, so a challenge priced in dollars costs the same amount in coins. Bitcoin, Ether, Solana and other coins are not taken today.

No. Every crypto payment goes to an address of your firm's own wallet and stays there. We keep an encrypted copy of the wallet that only your passkeys, your MetaMask signatures or your recovery phrase can open, and the screen never moves money. With Paytiko the money goes through your own contract.

Within your tolerance it counts as paid. Short while the hour still runs, the trader sends the rest to the same address. Short or late after the hour, the payment waits for your decision, your team is told once, and Give account anyway opens the account in one click.

An address on Ethereum is the same on Base and Arbitrum, and the platform watches it on all three, so a supported coin sent on any of them counts. Tron is a different address. The checkout tells the trader which coin and network to send, and that coins sent on another network may be lost.

Yes, through Paytiko. You sign with Paytiko yourself, bring the payment providers you contract, and connect your account in the admin once Propper switched it on for your firm. The cashier opens inside your checkout, and card numbers never reach the platform.

A card payment through Paytiko is refunded from the payment, in full or in part, and a full refund ends the account it bought and reverses the affiliate's commission. A chargeback you record suspends the account, holds the trader's payouts and raises a flag in the Review queue. A crypto payment you send back from your own wallet.
