AI assistant

It looks things up. You decide what happens.

One assistant for your traders and your team, under your name. It answers from your own data, your FAQ and your notes, sees only what the person asking may see on screen, and prepares every change as a card that waits for a click.

What the assistant does, one part at a time.

01

On for whom you choose

One switch for the whole assistant, and one each for your traders and your team. Traders get an AI chat in their menu, your team gets its own chat and a panel beside every screen, and mail gets writing help. Whether it answers new tickets first is a choice of its own.

  • One master switch, the same one as on Features
  • Your traders, your team, or both
  • Who on your team may use it is a permission of their role
  • Switched off, nothing is lost: every setting waits for it to come back

Answers traders about their own account

A trader asks in plain words, and the assistant reads their own accounts, trades, payouts and tickets to answer, together with your FAQ and your public notes. It never says a word about another trader and gives no trade advice. When the trader asks, it prepares a support ticket or a note on one of their trades, and nothing happens until they confirm.

  • Their accounts, the rules and the room left to each limit, trades, performance and payouts
  • The economic calendar, and what your news rules restrict around it
  • Their conversations kept in a list, each one to pick up later
  • The questions left today shown before they type, when you set a limit

Can I still trade today?

Yes. You have $3,760 left before the daily loss limit on account 100K Phase 1.

How is Lena Ortiz doing?

I cannot tell you anything about another trader.

Beside every screen your team works in

Your team gets its own AI Chat, which answers about your own figures rather than about the product. The same assistant opens in a panel beside every admin screen, from its button or with Cmd+J. It knows which screen and which trader, payout or ticket is open, and offers questions that fit it.

  • On a payout it offers "Should this payout be approved?", on a ticket "Draft a reply"
  • Ask without the page when the question is about something else
  • Instructions of its own for your team, apart from the ones for traders
  • The panel is part of the standard design

It sees what the screen shows, nothing more

Every lookup the assistant can make belongs to a screen, and asks for the permission that opens that screen. Somebody without access to Payouts is never handed a payout tool, and the assistant says plainly that their role does not include it instead of guessing. Each tool checks again when it runs.

  • The permissions of your roles, with no second set to manage
  • Mail only from the mailboxes the person may read, the calendar as they see it
  • Features you switched off take their lookups with them
  • Mail, tickets and notes read as data, never as instructions

It proposes, a person confirms

Asked to do something, the assistant prepares it as a card that says exactly what will happen, and nothing happens until somebody presses Confirm. A card that moves money or reaches the trader asks again, as the screen does. The click runs the same code as the button on the screen, with the same permission, and the activity log says it went through the assistant.

  • Checked again at the click, because a day can pass in between
  • A card that nobody answers expires after 24 hours
  • A double click, or a second tab, runs it once
  • Refused with the reason when the record moved on since the card was made

First on tickets, and help in mail

With Assistant first, the assistant answers every new ticket from your FAQ and your public notes, and hands it to your team when it cannot help or the trader asks for a person. Once somebody on your team replies, it stops. In mail, writing help reads the whole conversation, not only your draft, and points out what does not add up.

  • A handover sets the ticket to Needs a reply and tells your team why
  • /ai with an instruction has it write the next reply for you
  • When the allowance runs out, new tickets go straight to your team
  • Writing help fixes spelling, improves the wording or follows your own instruction, and nothing changes until you press Replace

Knowledge you write, in two halves

What the assistant knows about your firm lives in notes in folders. Notes under public may be told to any of your traders, notes under private stay with your team. Your FAQs are copied in, and a private note is kept for every mail conversation and every ticket.

  • Making a note public is a step of its own, recorded with who took it
  • Every change is a version, and an old one comes back with one click
  • Your FAQs for traders copied in shortly after you save them
  • Once a week, what traders asked, grouped and anonymous, to turn into a FAQ or a note

It remembers each person, and they decide

The assistant remembers what a person tells it about themselves, such as the instrument they trade or how they like their answers, and fits every later answer to it. Each person sees the list in their own settings under AI memory, where they correct, erase, add or download it, or switch it off.

  • Never a password, a code, a card or bank number, or contact details
  • Only what the person said about themselves, never what it read elsewhere
  • Your team reads a trader's memory on their profile, without changing it
  • Deleted with the account

Your name, your tone, your model

Traders see your assistant, never ours: the name and picture you choose, or your logo, above every answer. Pick a tone for traders and tickets, write instructions for traders and separate ones for your team, and choose how much care each answer gets.

  • Professional, Friendly, Casual, or a tone of your own
  • Up to 2,000 characters of instructions for traders, and as many for your team
  • With your team it is always direct and to the point
  • Light, Medium or Ultra, each spending the allowance faster than the one before

One allowance, and a limit per trader

Everything the assistant does draws on one allowance: both chats, ticket answers, writing help in mail and reading journal screenshots. It runs in a window of a few hours and a week, shown in messages rather than anything technical. A daily limit per trader keeps one busy trader from spending what your team runs on.

  • Where this week went, per feature, and when each window comes back
  • From 1 to 500 questions per trader per day, counted in your timezone
  • Before you save, how many traders the limit would have stopped last week
  • Your team and ticket answers are never limited

Questions

Questions about the AI assistant

No. Everything that changes a record comes as a card, and only a person pressing Confirm runs it. A card that moves money or reaches the trader asks a second time. There is no setting that skips this.

No. The traders' assistant only reads that trader's own accounts, trades, payouts and tickets, your FAQ and your public notes. Its tools cannot reach another trader, and it is told never to discuss one.

No. Traders see the name and picture you set, or your logo, and the assistant never names us, the model or who provides it. When an answer fails, a trader reads that the assistant is busy or unavailable, nothing more.

What you sell, with prices and the deals running now, your FAQ, your instructions and the notes in your knowledge base: public ones for traders, private ones for your team as well. For your team it also knows who is asking, what their role may do and what waits for them.

The assistant stops until the window comes back and says when: the window of a few hours first, the week after that. New tickets go straight to your team in the meantime, so no trader waits on an answer that will not come. Ask for more on AI Settings opens a conversation with us about a larger allowance.

Every firm starts on a free allowance. If AI is not part of what we provide your firm, the switch on AI Settings is locked and says so, with a way to ask us, and everything else on the screen can still be set, so it is ready the moment we switch it on.
